In 2011, Jocke created a fun yoga concept called YOGAFUNC. In 2018, due to the necessity, Jocke started developing a vinyasa class that he could use in his classes in Helsinki. The Fullvinyasa was born. FV is a hybrid between Ashtanga Yoga and YOGAFUNC. The themes we use to build the sequences from, come from YF, the “full vinyasa” movement system comes from Ashtanga Yoga.

Halfvinyasa is the easier version of the same concept. In the Fullvinyasa class the movement system is more challenging as all sitting poses are started from standing (Samastitih). In the Halfvinyasa class, in between the poses, we use the half vinyasa method. In between the two sides, a “quarter vinyasa”.

Halfvinyasa 60-min

This class is suitable for everyone. 40 minutes active movement + 20 minutes of relaxing with long and soft stretches.
